The Mount Scopus College Foundation was established in 1987 to be responsible for major fundraising for the College and to encourage and recognise philanthropy within the Scopus community. Funds raised can be applied to capital works, endowment, tuition fee subsidies, undertaking debt reduction and programs.
Members of the Foundation include corporations, families and individuals who appreciate the centrality of Mount Scopus College for the Melbourne Jewish Community. Classifications of membership are dependent on gift level and include Members, Fellows, Benefactors, Founders, Trustees and Life Trustees.
Through the generosity of its members, the Foundation has raised in excess of $26,000,000 since 1987 which has provided state-of-the-art facilities and tuition fee relief. The achievement of the goals of the current campaign Our Shared Vision will ultimately change the appearance of each Campus over the next seven years and significantly grow the Endowment Fund. Gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible and are appropriately recognised.
Bequests are also welcomed by the Foundation and can be directed to specific areas or to the Endowment Fund.
The goals of the Foundation are pursued by its Chairman, President and Executive Committee, supported by the Foundation Executive Director, Marilyn Simon, who welcomes your enquiry on +6 13 9888 9044.
