The vast expanses of the Gandel Campus provide facilities that offer a rich, multi-faceted school life for Years 3-6. Facilities include a complete sporting complex, state-of-the-art performing arts centre, resource rich library and computer laboratories. Every classroom is equipped so that students may use technology to aid their learning. Lessons in dedicated art and music rooms reflect current themes of their class work.
The curriculum delivers an education in all of the Key Learning Areas. Further developing Howard Gardners Theory of Multiple Intelligences and the First Steps and Early Years Programs, the education of the child keeps pace with the individual development of the child. Throughout these years, Jewish and General studies are interwoven. A network of specialist teachers, under the auspices of the Krongold Binah Program (extension and enrichment) provide co-curricular activities to support and extend each child according to ability and interest.
The Jewish Studies Tal Sela program continues in Senior Primary and builds on the Junior Primary Tal Am program. Technology is also integrated into Jewish Studies, while school camps reinforce Jewish identity and our place in Australian society. During Year 6 a comprehensive Bnei Mitzvah program is introduced. The children develop a sound knowledge of the Hebrew language and the Torah, an understanding of the centrality of Israel and a pride in their heritage.
